At Duck River Kennels, we breed well adapted and socialized Labrador Retrievers suitable for family outings, outdoor adventures, and much more.  We also train dogs of all breeds in obedience and to perform specialized tasks depending on the needs of the client from waterfowl retrieving to service dog tasks.

This is JoJo, an Australian Shepherd.  JoJo is a senior dog who needed to be trained to load up into a client's vehicle on command via a ramp.  We built JoJo's confidence with obedience training and task specific training to accomplish the goal for our client while building JoJo's self-esteem.

Our dogs aren't confined to a sterile and tightly confined environment.  Our kennel is situated on our ranch where dogs are exposed to horses, cattle, water, wildlife, and have plenty of room to run and play.  This makes them well adjusted and lets them release their energy.
